Agreed!!! Voting is ALWAYS better than staying silent and “hoping for the best”, then afterward complaining that what we wanted isn’t what the majority and our Parliamentary system decided.
If “my” candidate isn’t elected, then I have made a vow to myself to actively engage with whoever represents me to at least be aware of, and hopefully address those issues I feel are important to Canada’s (better) future.
I am kind of freaking out Arlene!! I am so scared of what could be if people vote wrong in this election!!! Watching was is happening down south terrifies me as a woman, mother, grandmother..... I am so ready for Canada to keep standing strong, we can do this!
Agree Arlene: Your vote will define us but also defines you and in a democracy allows you to effect change. I hope you all have heard through the noise/rhetoric and have the facts to inform your particular position.

On CKUA there was a disc jockey Baba Singh. Every show began with “it’s a sweet good morning”.
Like you I’ve had enough of the negativity. We’re all better off when we build cooperatively together.
While there’s a snowballs chance that the Liberal candidate in my riding will ever get elected I’m grateful to have one actually run.
